A DECARATION By the PRESENTATIVES of the SINCHEONHAEGUK 천해국 (天海國)

In GENERAL CONGRESS Assembled.

 

인류의 역사에서 한 민족이 현정부와 정치적 결합을 해체하고, 세계의 여러나라 사이에서 평화법과 자연의 신의 법이 부여한 독립과 평등의 지위를 차지하는 것이 필요하게 되었을 때, 우리는 하나님의 말씀에 엄정하게 고려해 보면서 독립을 요청하는 여러원인을 선언할 수 밖에 없게 되었다.

When in the history of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands, which have connected them with Government and to assume among the powers of the earth to separate and equal station to which the Laws of Peace and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of “GOD” requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

다음과 같은 사실을 자명한 진리로 받아들인다. 현정부는 독도를 보호할 능력을 상실해가고 있으며 천해국은 독도를 보호하여야 할 의무를 806년 전에 하나님으로부터 받았고, 우리의 의무는 독도를 독립시켜 하나님의 평화의 메세지를 전세계에 전달한다. 즉 모든사람은 하나님안에서 평등하게 태어났고, 창조주는 몇 개의 의무를 부여했으며, 그 의무 중에는 생명과 자유와 행복의 추구가 있다. 이는 곧 평화를 상징하고, 이 의무를 확보하기위하여 인류는 정부를 조직했으며, 이 정부의 정당한 권력은 국민의 동의로부터 유래하고 있는것이다. 또 어떤 형태의 정부이든 이러한 목적을 파괴할때에는 언제든지 정부를 개혁하거나 폐지하여 국민의 안전과 행복을 가장 효과적으로 가져올 수 있는, 이러한 원칙에 기초를두고 국민이 원하는 형태로 새로운 정부를 조직하는것은 국민의 권리인 것이다.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, Korean government losing its ability to protect the Dokdo. Cheonhaeguk received an obligation to protect the Dokdo from God 806 years ago. The obligation of the Cheonhaeguk is to take the Dokdo apart from Korea and to spread the message of God’s peace to the world.

that all humans are created equal under God, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, it’s symbolizes peace, - and secure theses rights. Governments are instituted among Human, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, - That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

진실로 우리의 심려는 오랜 역사를 가진 정부를 비난하거나 일시적인 원인으로 변경해서는 안된다는 것, 인간에게는 어려움을 참을 수 있는데 까지는 참는 경향이 있다는것을 가르쳐 줄 것이다. 그러나 오랫동안에 걸친 잘못된 판단과 계획이 변함없이 동일한 목적으로 추구하고 국민을 절대 정치에 예속시키려는 계획을 분명히 했을때에는, 이와같은 정부에서 헤어지고 미래의 안전을위해서 새로운 보호자를 마련하는것은 우리의 권리이며 또한 의무인 것이다.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Government long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while bad things are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of poor planning and misjudgment, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to separate off with Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. -Such is now the necessity which constrains us to alter our former Systems of Government.

 

건국역사와 이념: History of Ideology and independent

천해국(天海國) Cheonhaeguk 은 세계평화와 종교평등, 자유무역 및 세계경제협력에 노력한다.

천해국(天海國) Cheonhaeguk의 시작은 1213년 고려 고종왕 때 윤군정 (尹君正) 수사공 (守司公) (현 국무총리급) 직위이며, 현 경상북도 구미시 海平면에 해평 윤(海平尹) 씨 시조를 세웠다. 해평을 영어로 해석하면 태평양의 뜻이다. 해평윤씨의 뜻 윤은 “다스린다” 이다.

해평 윤씨는 잉어 즉 물고기가 조상이다. 이것은 과학적으로 의미가 있다고 하며, 태초에는 한반도 삼해역에 서식하던 천년묵은 용이 특이하게 독도 해저 폭팔에 의해 그곳에 서식하던 잉어가 믿음의 사랑 (여의주)으로 변화되므로 이를 가지고 몽고 상공을 따라 북극으로 승천하여 하늘에 계신 하늘 아버지께로 갔다고 한다.

고려시대 원주난을 진압한 윤군정은 도망간 두목 하나를 쫓아 울릉도를 거처 독도(獨島)까지 추적하고 그를 검거하는 과정에서 잠시 선상에서 꿈을 꾸는 중 이때 선녀(천사) 가 내려와 이곳은 하늘과 연결되는 땅이니 피를 흘리지마라 하며, 후세에 신통(新通)한 해평 윤씨가 나와 이곳을 세계 평화와 진정한 하늘에 기도하는 곳으로 만들 것입니다 하며, 이곳을 신천해국 (神天海國)으로 정하라 하였다 합니다. 윤군정은 하늘에 복종하여 이곳에 제사를 올린 후, 범인을 검거하고 고려 고종왕께 충성을 다하였다고 한다.

그 후손 중 한 분이 평양서 한양 왕에게 보고하러 오실때마다 임진강을 건너기 위해 연천군 노곡리 에 와서 강을 건넌 후 말을 타고 난 손의 땀으로 임진강 백사 모래를찍어 오실때마다 항상 하늘 아버지께 정성을 드렸다 합니다. 그의 후손 윤우영은 연천군 적성면 어유지리 (漁遊地里) (물고기 가 헤험치고 노는 땅 즉 하늘의 천국을 뜻함) 이곳에 거처로 정하였으며, 그의 손자 윤용로 (한국명) 尹龍老 (한자) John Ro Yoon (미국명) 은 미국서 뛰어난 비행기 조종사로서 2018년 연말 한국 방문 시 송구영신 예배를 마치고, 2019년 1월1일 아침 꿈에 윤군정 할아버지께서 나타나셔서, 나는 아브라함도 알고, 예수도 알며, 많은 선지자분도 알고있다 하시며 이제부터는 영과 육이 함께 하는 세계가 올때까지 노력이 필요하다 하셨다.

앞으로 천해국은 한국과 일본을 화해시키며, 한국과 일본인은 단합하여 경제발전 및 미국과 함께 국력을 증강시켜 중국 등과 함께 세계 평화에 이바지한다. 일본과 한국은 거의 같은 DNA이며, 좋은 기술력을 갖고 있으며, 또한 천해국 (독도)은 동아시아 중심이며, 나아가서 세계의 정치적 중심이 된다.

독도는 하늘의 땅 즉 천해국의 땅이다. 한국도 일본도 영토로 주장할 수 없으며, 이곳은 조상의 땅 즉 하늘조상의 땅이다.

이제 윤용로 尹龍老John Ro Yoon는 2019년1월 1일 부로 천해국을 맡아 운영하는 총리에 임명하고, 천해국 806년 전세계에 독립을 선포한다.

Cheonhaeguk will strive for global economic cooperation with free trade. World peace and Religious equality.

Cheonhaeguk was founded in year 1213 A.D. by Yoon Gun Jeong, who was today’s prime minister for King Gojong of Goryeo. He was the origin of the Yoon Family of Haepyeong and settled in Haepyeong-myeon, Gumi-si of today’s Gyeongsangbuk Province in South Korea. Haepyeong means the Pacific Ocean in English. Yoon of the Yoon Family means ‘to rule.’

The Yoon Family of Haepyeong originated from a carp. This is scientifically significant. In the beginning of time, a thousand-year-old dragon was living in the seas of the Korean Peninsula. A carp that was living around Dokdo turned into the love of faith (a magic pearl) when there was an underwater explosion. The dragon took the pearl and flew north across Mongolia to God in Heaven.

Yoon, Gun Jeong conquered the rebels in Wonju during the Goryeo Dynasty and chased one of the leaders who fled to Dokdo through Ulleungdo. In the process of tracking and arresting him, Yoon had a dream on the ship. A fairy (angel) came down and said: “This place connects the land to Heaven, so don’t shed blood. Later, a smart member of the Yoon Family of Haepyeong will make this place a holy place that prays for world peace and the True Heaven. The fairy told him to call this place SinCheonhaeguk. Yoon obeyed to God and sacrifice at the place. After that, arresting the rebel, Yoon devoted the rest of his life to King Gojong of Goryeo.

In the late Joseon Dynasty, one of his descendants came to Nogok-ri, Yeoncheon-gun to cross the Imjin River every time he reported to the King in Hanyang (Seoul). Then he used his sweaty hands to grab a handful of the white sand of the Imjin River to serve to the Heaven. His descendant, Yoon, Woo Young, decided to settle in Eoyuji-ri Jeokseong-myeon, Yeoncheon-gun (the heaven where the fish swim and play). He had a grandson named Yoon, Yong Ro. His English name was John Ro Yoon and he was a recognized pilot in the U.S. At the end of 2018, he attended the New Year’s Eve Service at the Church during his visit to Korea. In the first morning of 2019, he had a dream. Yoon, Gun Jeong appeared and told him: “I know Abraham, Jesus, and Prophets, you need to make efforts until the coming of the world of spirit and body.”

Cheonhaeguk will help Korea and Japan reconcile and bring the people of Korea and Japan together for economic development and cooperate with the U.S. for global together and with China for world peace. Japan and Korea have almost the same DNA and advanced technology. Also, Cheonhaeguk (Dokdo) will be the center of East Asia and the political center of the world.

Dokdo is the land of Heaven and the land of Cheonhaeguk. Neither Korea nor Japan can argue that it is its territory, because it is the land of ancestors.

윤용로 尹龍老John Ro Yoon was appointed as the Prime Minister of Cheonhaeguk on January 1, 2019 and Cheonhaeguk declares independence in the year of 806 since Yoon Gun Jung first visit Dokdo.

 

헌법: Constitution

1.     All equal and keep peaceful under God.

2.     Cheonhaeguk is Politically neutral country under God.

3.     Cheonhaeguk is Religious neutral country under God.

4.     Cheonhaeguk citizens are allowed to be dual citizenship. But they are must completed primary country military duty.

5.     Cheonhaeguk maybe not have own military (defense System). Cheonhaeguk may require own self defense system or secondary by South Korean Military or possible USA Military.

6.     Cheonhaeguk will keep Neutral between Korea and Japan. Cheonhaeguk citizens are allowed live in Korea or USA, Japan or between other countries.

7.     Cheonhaeguk will business and financial freedom country.
